Terms of business
The summary below outlines the framework under which IQ Diversity Portfolio provides its services. The binding terms are set out in the formal subscription documents executed at the start of any investor relationship and prevail over this summary in the event of conflict.
1. Scope
These terms govern the website iq-trade.com and any pre-contractual communication with prospective investors. They do not by themselves create a contractual investment relationship, that requires the execution of separate subscription documents.
2. Eligibility
Our services are addressed exclusively to qualified investors within the meaning of Czech Act No. 240/2013 Coll. (ZISIF), § 272, who can demonstrate the requisite experience, knowledge, and financial capacity to assess the suitability of the proposed investment.
The minimum allocation per individual strategy is EUR 125,000.
3. Risk warning
All investments carry the risk of partial or total loss of capital. Past performance is no indicator of future results. The strategies offered involve derivatives (index futures, options) and may at times be subject to elevated short-term volatility. No statement on this website constitutes investment advice or a guarantee of return.
4. Services
IQ Diversity Portfolio operates as a registered investment portfolio under § 15 ZISIF, supervised by the Czech National Bank. We design, run, and report on quantitative trading strategies on US index instruments and S&P 500 options for our subscribers.
We do not provide individual investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Each prospective investor is responsible for obtaining independent professional advice on the suitability of any investment for their personal circumstances.
5. Onboarding & AML
All prospective investors are subject to KYC and AML procedures conducted by our Czech legal counsel before any subscription is accepted. We reserve the right to decline a relationship without obligation to state reasons, in accordance with applicable AML legislation.
6. Reporting
Subscribers receive a monthly written performance and allocation report, plus an audited annual report. Material events affecting the portfolio are communicated promptly via the secured investor area.
7. Liability
Liability for content of this website is limited to intent and gross negligence as far as legally permissible. We make no warranty as to completeness, accuracy, or up-to-dateness of any non-binding information presented here. Liability under the formal investment contract is governed by that contract.
8. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Czech law. Exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes lies with the competent court in Prague, to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer-protection rules in the investor's country of residence.
